Internal communications has evolved from just being an internal reporter to a knowledge sharing platform. At OMRON India we launched 'trend & technology' internal magazine, created local branding based on global messaging, celebrated local festivals and organized CSR activities on OMRON founder's day.
Team OMRON campaign was to create introduce a new internal campaign for employees of OMRON globally. The logo of this campaign was conceptualized keeping in mind the diversity within OMRON corporation. The first few creatives explained the campaign. We locally developed branding and e-mailers following the global communication line and disseminated across the country.
